This certificate frame is designed to hold an A4 page but we can also make frames to suit any sized image. The frame is held together with 4 bolts going through the corners of the frame, which is finished, on the front with our own aluminium “nubs”. The unit hangs on the wall with 2 “keyhole” blocks concealed on the back.

This sign was designed to be back lit, with a opal acrylic body and black acrylic ends. The main body is then covered in black sign witting vinyl to allow the white lettering to show through when illuminated.

This design was produced when the need for a stronger and larger magazine rack was recognised. The clear pockets were 3mm Acrylic, making a very strong unit with a long life expectancy.

These vacuum formed acrylic domes can be produced and many different sizes. Recently we had an inquiry to get a 1.8m wide dome produced! This dome is moulded in smokey grey acrylic. Also available in clear.

This sign was made for the wall of our office, it has a front panel of frosted acrylic with computer cut vinyl graphics and text. A white acrylic panel is used on the back with aluminium sign spaces through each corner.

Title: Evacuation Board
Client: Quest on Willis

This evacuation board was designed and produced for the Quest on Willis Hotel. Each floor has a set of colour coded tags so that staff can check the rooms and quickly add the tags to board in the case of an emergency. The board is white acrylic with hooks threaded into it and the tags and white acrylic with computer cut vinyl graphics.

This brochure information board was distributed to all the Freemason chapters nationwide; it is a white acrylic backboard with a 2-colour screen-printed logo and boarder line. The pockets are injection mounded brochure holders that are fixed to the unit at the last stage of assembly.

Title: Host Modular Brochure Rack

This is a custom designed brochure rack, made in consultation with the motel owners throughout the Host Accommodation network. It is a wall rack with the option to add 2 more tiers of holders if required. The stand is made in 3mm clear acrylic, with a digitally printed decal applied to the top to provide branding.

This custom designed wall plaque is made using 4.5mm clear acrylic. The back panel has sign writing vinyl applied to it with a brushed aluminium finish and front panel is screen printed in 2 colours. The panels are spaced apart with aluminium sleeves with custom turned nubs on the front to finish off the look. Keyhole hangers on the back allow the unit to be wall mounted if required.

This newspaper bin was designed for the hotel to hold the new newspaper of the day outside the client’s room. It is made in 4.5mm clear acrylic and reinforced on each corner to ensure a long life.

Title: New Zealand Post Certificate Holder

This certificate holder is in essence a simple folded poster holder that allows a card to be slipped in. After folding the rectangular, the unit is cut to follow the shape of the die cut certificate. A keyhole hanger on the back allows the certificate holder to be wall mounted.

This unusual wall plaque has 3 layers of acrylic spaced apart. The back layer has brushed aluminium-look vinyl applied to it, the centre panel has the text engraved into it and the front panel is plain clear acrylic. Each panel is identical in shape and spaced apart using aluminium spacers through the corners. Each year a new branch is added to the centre panel.

These brochure and booklet boards hold DLE and A4 brochures. The backboard is painted MDF, with an ACM (Aluminium Composite Material) bonded to it – this gives the robust silver back look. The Acrylic pockets are made using 4.5mm glass-tint acrylic and spaced apart using screws threaded through aluminium spacers. Branding could be added to the top of this unit if required.

This modern aluminium “snap” frame is so called because it can be “snapped open” to allow the image to be changed - all 4x sides of the frame open and close with a spring hinging mechanism. The poster frames can be made in any size, but are stocked in standards sizes being A5 up to A0

This case is designed to mount on the wall; it is a folded clear acrylic cover with glued ends, which are trimmed flush. The back board is painted MDF and a custom designed support bracket is concealed behind the ball which can be seen underneath the ball elevating the ball within the case, giving it the effect of floating.

This tiered wall rack was designed for the Tandy’s Record Store chain. It holds 24 vinyl records and is made using hard skinned foam PVC. Aluminium bars running across retain the records and low clear acrylic pockets give the records a shelf to sit into.

These are a basic folded poster holder designed for wall mounting. They have a fold at the top and the bottom and the acrylic meets at the back. Because of this design they will not “droop” open with the heat but the posters need to be loaded from the side, making them a little harder to load than top loading poster holders. On the back 2 keyholes allow the poster to be wall mounted. This poster holder is A1 in size but any size can be made.

These are a basic folded poster holder designed for wall mounting. They have a fold at the top and the bottom and the acrylic meets at the back.
